We really like domestic cars, as my previous Honda car lasted for over ten years. We went to another Honda dealership yesterday, but the sales manager there disappointed us. However, we chose to come to this dealership. Here, the manager helped us find the Honda car we really liked and provided us with excellent assistance, politeness, smiles, and respect! The manager even personally escorted us out! We were deeply touched! Thank you for providing such excellent service! You also allowed us to buy our favorite Honda car at a reasonable price! I had a great experience purchasing my **2026 Honda CR-V Sport Touring** from Honda Superstore in Joliet, and I want to specifically recognize **Dan D’Andrea**, who was my Costco Auto Program representative. From the beginning, Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to clearly explain the vehicle, the purchasing process, and exactly how the Costco Auto Program works at their dealership. I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was throughout the entire process. Even though it was the end of the month and the dealership was very busy, Dan still made the experience smooth and efficient. Great experience trading in my Kia for a Honda and I couldn't be happier with our brand new 2026 Honda Civic hatchback hybrid. Kyle was fantastic and answered all my questions. We arrived an hour before closing and didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time. I love my Honda CRV hybrid. I had a great experience dealing with my Salesman Wally. He was very helpful navigating the process of purchasing a vehicle. I traded in my car and bought the Civic pictured here and I have no regrets. Very friendly staff. What I appreciated is that they will stop and listen to anything you have to say, rather than talk over you. Nicest sales team, they weren't pushy, let me examine and test everything, and they answered all my questions. The phrase "you meet the nicest people on a honda" rings true for more than motorcycles in my opinion. When we came to a price the owner came out and personally shook my hand, very classy.
