Gorgeous BRAND NEW apartments at 109th & Lexington!! SUPER AFFORDABLE!! They are still putting the finishing touches on the exterior here now, I am posting this May 2, 2020, landscaping is still going in, but OMG the place is stunning! Large apartments for people ages 50+!! Amazing place to begin a new chapter of your life. They have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The location is super conveinient with Cub, Home Depot, Walmart, Aldi's, Fleet Farm all with in blocks. Great restaurants too! Cannot wait to try the AVEDA organic cafeteria and store some weekend! The apartments have FULL size washer and dryers in the units, Granite countertops, nice neutral carpeting and wood flooring, the closet space is GENEROUS and if you need more room they have ONSITE storage spaces for a super reasonable

The staff (Angie, Brian and all maintence workers) have gone above and beyond to be accommodating & understanding when challenges have arose. Example: Angie advocated for me when I was out of town for a period of time and she got my car back from a tow truck that unlawfully took my vehicle from the complex. The apartment main areas are always beautifully well kept and very clean. They are strict/firm and I appreciate that because I always feel they are doing so to keep their residences feeling safe. I would highly recommend this living facility to anyone who is looking to be cared for by staff and know they will take great care of your parent or family member. Don't bother living here. Dominium Management doesn't really care about the tenants. Nor do they care about the management team taking care of their property. Nice apartments & location. Used to love it here, but no longer!

Nice apt. Good friends. Only thing I need is a lower mailbox, in a wheelchair and have to have someone get my mail. Sad that they can't help me to get one lower. A safety issue when I try to stand and get mail out. Nothing to hold onto and don't want to fall !!!

Predatory towing - I have been an outstanding resident for 4 years. Always pay my rent on time and do not cause problems. I was disappointed to find out that my car was towed over a holiday weekend 1 day after my tabs expired when MN statute states vehicles should only be towed 90 days after tabs expire. I had to pay $371 for my vehicle to be released when I am senior citizen living in a “affordable housing” who can’t afford that. Do not rent here - the manager is unhelpful and extremely rude.
