Stay Away! Untrustworthy! Advertised car got me to come in. told "unavailable" "being prepped"; for a week!? Then Salesman said "sold" another said "returned"?? Liars! We spoke with Ray almost daily after my visit and there was no miscommunication about our intentions to buy that car as soon as it was available. I was told "it was being prepped" each call and "don't worry.....my mgr knows you want the car". Being in the area i stop by and I'm told twice by a nice guy Carlos, "my mgr said that car sold last night", and even gave me a detailed account of how and exactly when it sold. Contacted Ray at home and he said something completely different "oh we sent it back for repairs". Whose lying here?

Purchased a car there over 10 years ago(when they were at their Newark location), a low miles Porsche Cayenne. I had issues with it off the bat and I couldn't get a return call when I contacted them about the issues. Well fast forward, I saw a car I was interested in on the internet, I reluctantly made an appointment to view and test drive the car with the hope it was a different dealership since they relocated.
