To my surprise, my vehicle was returned not only fully fixed but also cleaned inside and out. I received a couple of phone calls throughout the process with constant updates on the progress of my vehicle, which gave me great peace of mind. Prices are very reasonable, significantly less than the dealership. Highly recommend!

After reading the reviews, I decided to visit this shop for a second opinion on my 2020 X5 SUV. Matt assisted me, and I explained my situation. He was skeptical of the diagnosis provided by another workshop and took my vehicle for a road test before putting it on the lift for inspection. After a thorough assessment, he determined that the initial diagnosis was incorrect—there was no issue with the arm and strut, and the vehicle only required an alignment. Impressed by their expertise and professionalism, I also decided to get an oil change while I was there. Thanks, Matt! Also, this is the cleanest shop I’ve ever seen.

Working with Matt and the Little Garage has been the best experience working with a mechanic. I needed a PPI done on a 2002 BMW M5 as an out of state buyer, and Matt was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Fair pricing, a detailed PPI report, and a long call with Matt after the inspection made me very confident about the cars condition. Very reassuring as a buyer.
