The Local Wash - Car Wash and Laundromat

Update: I’m updating the three stars because the owner did contact me after I emailed. The owner tried to find out about the situation and look at footage and the owner said was the only person working on that day. I don’t know what happened but my husband and I did help her, after she was upset with someone yelling at her in the car wash line, and said it was an employee… and I am glad to hear that the ice has been removed. The owner did say by the self service base so people can watch their cars without slipping and falling. …… Had an older lady come over to my husband and I while we were using the self wash bays( which are an EXTREME hazard due to ice build up at the start of each bay!!). She told us she had been yelled at by an employee because she was in the “wrong lane”, trying to

What a scam. Possibly one of the worst I've been to. It's fully automated, the side brushes barely touch your car, there is no underbody spray, to top it all off on the way out there is a timer, that had 30 seconds remaining on the blow dryer and it automatically zeroed out when a second car drove in behind me.

Not like it used to be. The attendant was great. Spent 35 dollars on 9 dryers and sat there for hours and not one dryer function properly. My clothes and blankets came out damp. Temp was turn down so you spend more money i believe. The lady next to me spent alot of money trying to get her blankets dry. They need to reimburse us and turn the heat up.

New machine failed to complete a spin cycle, no attendant, no email to contact owner, paid for all upgrades including hot water, washed in cold, complained to attendant before he left, and hot water was never turned on. These issues were common to old machines, recently removed. I've experienced them multiple times. Waiting hours to dry soaking wash. Update, owner only addressed hot water issue and ignored comments that I paid for the upgrade. No refund offered for 3 dryers running for 90 minutes. I will not return.

Attendant helped me with my truck and was incredibly educated on the issue I was having . Even left me with great advice . Explained all the chemicals and then showed me the great discounts in the wash as well . 10/10 will be back . Thanks Caleb
