The Lodge Retirement Community

They are currently fighting Bed Bugs for the 2nd time in 6 months due to not being taken care of right the first time. The front desk lady bev can be very rude at times, the activities department are great people. The kitchen department cant get enough workers so I often helped them out. The maintenance team is massively underpaid. Everyone recently got a raise but they got nothing. Housekeeping is over worked and are required to do way more than what they get paid for. The nurses aids are good and doing the best they can do while being under staffed as well. Dora in laundry is a very hard worker and is very dedicated to her job. I want to extend my highest praise and appreciation to The Lodge Retirement Community and to Each and Every one of its staff members. From the cleaning staff to the food service staff, the healthcare staff, managers, transportation … basically everyone, all the way up to the owners; each and every one of you are absolutely fantastic people. I came here to meet and visit with my father, who I have not seen in about 32 years. We have been talking on the phone for the last few years, and I was finally able to make the trip from Southern Oregon to your beautiful facility. My mother has been at the Lodge for just over a year. She has been a challenge due to her dementia, however the staff has gone above and beyond to meet her needs. So many of the staff have made the transition easier for both myself and my mother. I have found the staff to be caring, patient, and always willing to discuss any concerns. I am pleased that I have had a positive experience with The Lodge.

I have enjoyed many visits to The Lodge since my sister moved there about 14 months ago. They have daily activities as well as special entertainment on weekends. My sister’s apartment is a nice size including kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Also, she has a lanai which is great in warm weather. It’s easily accessible from both 1-71 & I 275. There’s lots of close by shopping.

Trash!!! The front desk is rude to visitors. I recently visited my loved ones, and witnessed elder abuse! "What's your problem, lady!!??" an employee yelled at a demented resident. Per the health department, there are mice living in the kitchen! My loved ones are paying $4k/mo to live here for what!!!???
