Absolute Gold standard in their service. Probably the best oil change center in the Gaithersburg area! Summer heat or winter cold never drops down the enthusiasm they have for delivering a professional job. The inspection, work and supervision is very detailed what you can expect from a high end dealership. Highly recommend the place. Jorge and team keep it up!
The mechanics are all super nice, helpful, informative, and very professional. They always recommend services needed but never pressure the customer, always advising me on what needs immediate attention verses what can wait. They have several locations but the Frederick road, Germantown location always has immediate, open availability and the guys there are extra great, would definitely recommend them, plus they keep all of your service records so you always know what’s been done, in addition to what might be needed in the future.
The guys were very pleasant, and courteous. The prices are affordable and there were no gimmicks. Nor did they try to make me purchase anything that wasn't needed. The bonus was being able to use the coupon on their website. And I got a free car was voucher! I recommend 10 out of 10 and will be bringing my business back to this location. Thank you Lube Center for treating me and my vehicle right!
Best service ever! This was my first time here, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers. Unlike my experience at Jiffy Lube—where I waited 35 minutes while they kept letting others go ahead of me, even though I clearly arrived first—this place was a breath of fresh air. I was helped right away and treated with respect. Every staff member made a point to check in on us, offering complimentary juice or water and making sure we were comfortable. That kind of service really stands out. Highly recommend!
1st time at this location and it was a great experience. Jackson the assistant manager and Alexander the top tech were both engaging and attentive to me and the vehicle and got everything take care of super easy and fast. I plan on bring this car to this location again.
