The Lube Center

Refreshingly phenomenal service! Employees were attentive and explained each service I had done an answered the questions I had. I have never been to this center only the Columbia one. No one was pushy and tried to upsell me anything. Honestly a super nice experience compared to most auto shops. I can always count on Lube Center!

This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. Friendly staff, free juice boxes, and quick work. Although they do mention some services for your car that you may or may not need, its still good to know just incase you need to get them worked on. Definitely recommend.

I pulled up last evening. No one was visible. All of the gates were down at each bay. I blew the horn...no movement. I noticed the TV on in the waiting area...no movement. I noticed 3 trash bags leaning on the gate in the first bay as if someone forgot to take the trash out. I left since it appeared the ly were closed. Puzzled omw home, I decide to call. A gentleman answers the phone. I ask are they open and he responds yes. I tell him I was just there and it appeard as if they were closed since no one responded to my horn or were visible. I tell him I am coming back to get an oil change. I return to find 2 cars in the bay and 4 employees. WHERE WERE THESE PEOPLE A FEW MINUTES AGO. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! VISIBILITY IS KEY. Another reason for the turnover rate at this location. It's time

Great customer service. They were fast and knowledgeable. I ended up getting my oil changed, and my windshield blades and one one of headlights replaced- all less than 30 minutes and I didn’t need to get out of vehicle. Will return!

First time visit… now a lifelong customer. 10 stars. Customer service was through the roof… everything was explained… no upselling… topped off all of my fluids, which the “other” lube company does not do. Great prices too. Happy that I was able to stay in my vehicle. Super convenient super fast. Great experience. Great staff.. I’ll see y’all in 3000 miles!
