The Lube Stop

The person underneath my car took a very very long time trying to put a panel back together. Another worker pretended to reset my oil mileage and did not. I reset it later. This made me question if they know what they are doing. Maybe they need better training.

I’ve been coming to these guys for years and they never disappoint. Prices are fair, work is thorough, and the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly!

Friendly but my God $108 for an oil change and air filter is insane

Been going there for years. But last time, I paid for full service. That night my brake light came on because I was out of brake fluid. Mechanic inspected and found no problem with leaking fluid. Lube stop never checked it. Marked it as dealer check only. It was a 2005 dodge ram. Able to be checked and filled because I did it myself! I had noticed in the past that sometimes they marked things as dealer check only even though I knew it wasn't. I assumed it was to save time typing it up. I never imagined they actually never checked or filled any of it. I guess I'll be looking for a more honest establishment. That's a shame, I was a long time customer.
