Our 2014 Ford 350 6.7 dully Broke down in a little town called Channing Tx we called a tow truck and had it towed over to Steves it was 6am and on a ( Sunday ) Upon arrival he took our truck right into the bay to work on it right away , We were extremely frustrated and tired and he was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable , Loved the seating area to distress. He had our truck out in no time to hit the highway again to Seattle Washington . Steve and his team were great at finding a solution fixing the fuel filters right up in no time . Big thanks to Steve for going above and beyond. Out of the 5 other shops I called that answered (after hours on a holiday weekend) he gave me the best ballpark quote and was the most polite. On top of that he then went and personally picked up the parts I needed to have them ready by the time I arrived. He cares about getting people back on the road in a timely manner. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic and I am good at breaking things as he discovered quickly so I unfortunately have plenty of experience dealing with this type of stuff. Our engine started overheating on our trip back from CO. It was a Sunday and Firestone was too busy to help us within the next day or two. We found Steve on Google and he took us in right away. He recently set up a waiting area inside of his garage. It had a tv for movies, games, a table, chair and a very comfortable couch. It was such a perfect spot for our family with two small children to wait. At every test, Steve would bring us around the gate to show us what was going on with our vehicle. Steve was very open and let us know even if he wasn’t totally sure of an issue. He had us come in the next morning for a free double check of the vehicle before our 8 hour trip. I highly recommend this place!! Steve went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle! I as a senior citizen and single person have been totally bamboozled by other mechanics in the past. For instance paying Midas near 1300 dollars not even a year ago to do the exact same thing that Steve did for 800 cash. Do the math on that. He is so honest and upfront and will go beyond in making your repairs happen. I have now found the trustworthy car repair shop that I hopefully will use for the rest of my driving years. I have over 3 MILLION views across Google. ****HIGHLY RECOMMEND**** I have seen a few shops but this one is top notch! From the start I was nervous and scared after other experiences. However, Steve, the owner and mechanic, was very professional, friendly and helpful. From explaining and showing me what was wrong to fixing it, he never made me doubt his integrity or the work my car needed. Hannah, his helper, was professional and even took me where I needed to go when I had an unexpected repair and kids across town to pick up. She was very kind and didn't even bat an eye. The work my car needed would have taken weeks at another shop, or cost me a ton more. The turn around time was crazy awesome too.
