I stopped in on 2/18/26 after calling ahead about repairs needed on my 2005 Monaco Dynasty due to poor work done by a shop in Indiana. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. I was given a full tour of their impressive facility and was very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail. As a business owner myself, I pay close attention to operations, and this place definitely left a strong first impression. I’m seriously considering having them complete the work on my coach correctly this time.

We took our 2020 Newmar 4369 Dutch Star to The Motorcoach Store for its first major service based on reviews by several YouTube influencers. Our Service Manager, John McHugh, was excellent, he suggested several areas of our coach that should be checked that I hadn't thought of! TMS is a rock-solid place to have any brand of motorhome serviced. We had all tires and batteries replaced, along with routine service in several other important areas. They did a super job and even saved us quite a bit of money when they discovered part of the diesel emissions system that needed attention was still under warranty! I stopped in un-announced last week to see what they had in inventory and was greeted instantly by Angie at the front desk. I explained I was not yet in the market to purchase but would like a tour of some of the inventory they had in stock. I was pleasantly surprised when a salesman promptly took me around to look at whatever I wanted to without rushing me. He even let me take one of the RV's on a test drive. The level of customer service was above and beyond the norm....! When my Wife and are ready in a few months to purchase a new RV, we will definitely be stopping at The Motorcoach Store for our purchase.

A first class experience at the Motor Coach Store. Jim drove us around their large inventory of pre owned Prevost, and other high end RV’s in order from very expensive to much less. We were shown a variety of RVs, all in excellent condition. This visit helped us with our decision as to what we will do next. We currently have the 2023 Newmar new Aire bath and a half. After viewing several 45 ft class A’s, we have decided to hold with our New Aire for the time being. Thanks Jim and The Motor Coach Store.
