Took my Charger to the auto car wash and paid $13 for soap residue to be left all over it. Very upset. I’ve come before and never had a big issue, but now it needs to be rewashed.

Car wash not working … it would ask more your money and tell you to pull in and then nothing happened. No phone number on the website to call to report it not working so you can get a refund.

They do not have a credit card reader for the manual wash. They also don’t take dollar bills. Must have for value conscious customers like me who also don’t use cash. The one on W State, Touchless, has this! Automatic prices are $11-17.

Paid $15 for Super Wash but light just kept blinking green and never turned red no matter how I repositioned car. Then nothing. No one on premises to help. Now I have to go back and try and get my money. Not a good experience.
