The Oil Change Place

Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and had my oil change done quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary services.

Went there all the time for oil changes, nice and respectful staff. Except this last oil change, I only got 1000 miles in. I took my car to another place for a couple lights turning on and the oil pressure light blinking. Turns out my car had no oil in the engine and the oil filter still had part of the plastic on which resulted in an oil leak. Again very nice staff but I hate that I could have blown my engine thinking the oil change was done correctly.

If you like waiting over an hour for an inspection while other customers that arrived after you are done then this place is for you. I don't blame the guys in the shop for this, only the 2 women in the office that are too busy talking about their lives and getting the customers tickets out of order. Left without my inspection.

It's not easy to get your vehicle inspected in this town One place is perpetually busy. The next place only inspects during limited hour of 3-4. This place is always ready to help. The employees are friendly, the location is somewhat difficult to enter/exit but I can count on them to get the job done asap

These people know their stuff. Had to take my husbands truck to them in order to get the oil plug off. The last place we took it to tightened stripped it so bad it would not come off!! Everyone who has any sense knows you don't put 100 foot pounds of torque on an oil plug. Hand tight and a quarter turn with a wrench is all. These guys got the stripped plug out replaced it and changed the oil for us. In the future when we need oil change done the Oil Change Place is where we are going. Excellent service.
