I paid for a full service oil change that was supposed to include tire pressure check, filling washer fluid, check fluids, etc. But my tire pressure was never checked, my washer fluid wasn't filled and I can only assume my fluids weren't checked either. When I asked the attendant about topping up the fluids he said they were out of the fluid right now and couldn't top me up. I don't know why I was charged for full service if I didn't get full service. Even by their own admission.

I’ve been here numerous times over the years and they always take great care of my car. The staff are friendly, honest, and never try to upsell things I don’t need. They explain what’s going on in a way that’s easy to understand, and they get the job done quickly without cutting corners. Great place! The city roads commissioner recommended us to this place and said they do great work and won't drain your purse, and he was right! We came in for an inspection to make sure everything was good before we go on a road trip, and also for a sqeaking noise with the tires. They took a look immediately, diagnosed the problem within minutes and didn't try to lie and say it was some super expensive thing like we all fear will happen when we go to a mechanic. Definitely stop here if you need a spot in Weston.

What a great spot! Jay was very helpful and very knowledgeable! He explained everything clearly and put my mind at ease! I totally recommend this spot!! They were very fast when looking at our car as well.

I took my Rav 4 in because of a metal sound and a rattle. They let me look under my car. It was a metal plate they were able to remove. No charge. Love these people at The Oil Spot.
