The Osborn Senior Living

I spent two weeks in rehab and only met compassion and care in every staff member! I I especially appreciated my own room and the 24 hour care I received. Each staff member is a VIP!!! PS And the food is delicious too! Thank you Osborn Community!

I have taught zumba at the Osborn for 20 years. What a beautiful place. What a wonderful staff. You couldn't find a better place. The grounds are stunning, the residents look very happy. There is a great sense of comraderie. They offer such interesting and engaging activities that appeal to every walk. Fabulous place

One of the worst rehabs in Westchester. Nursing care well below the basic standard. Staff rude incompetent and low class. Nothing gets done. Medication not given on time or at all. If you choose to put a vulnerable family member into this rehab make sure there is someone with them to advocate for them at all time or you are going to experience a complete nightmare. All the Osborne is, is a pretty building. Behind those walls is a nightmare.

I went to rehab at the Osborn years ago and got really bad care. The worst Aides I ever encountered who were actually cruel. The physical therapists were very good and the gardens were beautiful. But hopefully they are paying their aides better. I went there directly from the hospital after spine surgery. Of course I did complain but was so happy to leave. Never again for me.

This review is specifically about the Pavilion, the Rehab section at the Osborne. If you care for your loved one, avoid the Pavilion at all costs. My parent was there for 6 days and was neglected. I was with there most of the time and my parent's call button was rarely answered. Due to their negligence, I had to call the paramedics one morning so we could receive the care we needed. The 911 operator even admitted that it was hard for them to get a response from Pavilion staff. Go elsewhere and avoid the risk.
