Blue Ridge Peterbilt in Raphine, Virginia, provided an outstanding experience during my recent visit for truck repairs. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Bill, the service manager, took the time to understand my concerns and ensured that everything was handled efficiently. I pulled in unannounced and my truck was in the shop within 30 minutes. The technicians, Anthony & Davey, were instrumental in diagnosing the issue with my driveshaft and communicated clearly throughout the process. After providing a detailed estimate, they got to work immediately upon my approval. From the moment you walk in, until you are finished up and walking out, they are the true definition of Appalachian Hospitality! Respectful, Polite, upfront and they communicate with you about everything that brought you in to see them. Service department absolutely rocks! Parts department is also just as equally as awesome! If you need to get into a Peterbilt shop, Blue Ridge is where you need to go! You will not regret it. Dealing with Terri and Bill in service is a great experience compared to other shops.

My experience was Fast service staff very friendly. They have lunch for the driver's. Driver's room is clean and comfortable. Comfort inn is beside the shop. IT is wheel chair friendly

I just walked on in unannounced and had a great conversation with the manger. We talked about this shop and then the differences between this one and the others he managed all throughout the East.

Had a driver call in to tell dispatch the truck will not go in reverse. Called The Petestore Blue Ridge and I talked to Terri explained the problem. The truck was looked at in 15 minutes of arriving. Diagnose and repair in under 2 hours! This type of service is totally not the industry standard and is way beyond exceptional. I highly recommend The Petestore Blue Ridge!!
