Got to this shop a little late, due to traffic. However, they took me in right away. My headlights and fender lights weren't working well. Had brights, but no dims, had right turn signal but no left turn signal. No parking lights too. The Mechanic called Kenny, shared when it rains alot tge harness near the battery box if there is a break that normally is the problem. Kenny was right, fixed that and the other Mechanic by the name of Niles, found that my leveling valve wasn't functioning well, so they replaced that too. Since June 28, my semi-truck has been at your location, and I’ve been given several possible reasons why it isn’t working—none of which have resolved the issue. This process has caused a substantial and growing repair bill, yet the problem remains unresolved. First, I was told the issue was with the batteries. I was billed for them, and they were installed, but it turned out that wasn’t the problem. Then, I was told it was the wiring. I was billed again and waited over a month for the wires to arrive. Once they finally did, it still may not be the issue. Throughout this time, I’ve visited your shop multiple times, and on more than one occasion, no one was actively working on my truck. I had the actuator go out on my turbo. called them for road service. Arrived in a timely manner. Tech was friendly diagnosed perfectly. They had to order the the part. had me up and going in less than a day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly professional. Thank you everyone.
