I have been going to Quiet Zone in Thomaston for many years. Brian and the staff there are great! If I have any questions or concerns about my vehicle I can call and Brian advises me on what to do. Recently I was there for an oil change and brake check. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, conscientious and competent. I feel I pay a fair price for services provided. I would highly recommend Quiet Zone in Thomaston...tell them Bruce Zappone sent them!
I love this place. From the manger Brian all the way down to the nice young man who handles the desk ; Johnny. Everyone’s great to deal with and easy to work with. I bring all the family. Ars here simply because I know I can trust the people who work here and I can trust the honest advice they give me.
I went in for emissions testing and they got me in and out in less then 30 minutes. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I'll be checking with them on any future auto repairs.
My mother needed her snow tires put on and her wiper blades replaced. They took very good care of her, and she has decided to make the Thomaston quiet zone her choice for all repairs and oil changes going forward.
Everyone always kind and friendly. Fast and efficient plus a super cute dog! Wait was exactly as the said. $55 oil change $20 bulb replacement.
