The Ranch Quick Lube / Valvoline Express Care

I’m back for another oil change! I came on a busy Saturday and had just a short wait time before it was my turn. Michelle was my employee today and she made everything a breeze!

The staff were friendly and quick. They told me about the services they provided and even engaged with my 3 yr old. They seemed to work well as a team and be happy with their jobs. We were in and out within 10 minutes.

This was my first time at this location getting my car serviced and I was really impressed with the knowledge of the staff and personable interactions! Ronnie did an excellent job and is an outstanding tech! Not only did he do a fantastic job all while being quick, thorough, and efficient—but he was also very kind. I can tell he and the staff genuinely care about their work and the people they help. I left feeling confident in the service and grateful for the positive interactions I had with all staff members. Highly recommend and will continue being a customer!

I was met by a patient and courteous employee! I am not the one who typically takes my car in for services so the young man was so patient and explained each service they provided. They even provided a complimentary tire pressure check and added air for me. It was a fast, easy, and pleasant experience!

Everyone here was so nice!! I was traveling up from Florida with my dog so I was very happy that I could stay in my car. It was quick. It was easy. I don’t feel ripped off either which is always a great feeling. I’ll be back when I come through town again!!!
