100% TRUE HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM Definitely the best mechanic shop for high end cars, no only very affordable ( comparing to dealerships you pay a fraction of the repair costs ) but they are true professionals and very honest and they always have the car ready when they promised... I have being going here for the last 6 years and always 100% fully satisfied with their service... I referred all my friends and family here and they are also 100% fully satisfied...

I am very dissatisfied with the real mechanic since. “Ubaldo” was replaced. I asked the current greeter to order my product ( front brake pads) and was willing to prepay so that I could wait while the repair was being completed. That request was denied. Imagine my surprise when not only pads were included on the proposed. Bill but also rotors etc.

Fair pricing. Honest work. Just wished they washed cars when brought in for service, but still satisfied with the good price and transparency so the trade off is alright. Communication could be improved. They are super busy most of the time so that could be the reason it's hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Otherwise would recommmend 9/10!

Very welcoming, great communication, excellent service. Would recommend to others. Became my go-to mechanic.
