The RipTide Car Wash

It's a good car wash and open late, but overpriced especially for single wash. Competitors offer washes for $9 to $10 while they charge $15. Lower your price and you have a winner.

I tried walking around to talk to someone about the fact I paid $20 for a car wash to have my wheel wells still covered in mud. No one was available except a man that barley spoke English who told me the pressure washer is broke so apparently this is the customers problem that your equipment is broke....bye I wont be back!!

Nice car wash. Staff at drive-in to help make your selection and pay, guide you into the tunnel, and spray down some of the car. New tunnel replaced in 2025. Dryer doesn’t get everything off but it’s better than others and they have stations with towels to allow you to get the rest. The stations also have interior and window solution along with sprayers and vacuums. I’ve been here several times and had an issue one time which was not the car washed fault and they still took very good care of me. Will continue to return!

My LAST Carwash experience was awful and I explained that to Dan, employee here at RipTide. He reassured me that he and the other staff on site will keep everyone safe and out of danger by being vigilant and will act if something seemed suspicious. He continued by keeping an eye on me and my company while doing an excellent job taking care other customers. He waved as I left to acknowledge me one last time. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond; I will definitely be coming back to this Carwash.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to for a car wash. I took my truck to get washed. The blower picked up my windshield and the roller then broke it in the car wash. I had to go on a trip with the truck, and I had to get it fixed quickly. It cost $1000 to get the entire console of the windshield wiper fixed because it had broken so badly. I came by twice. No one in management came to talk to me. The sales clerks took my info. I called multiple times. The customer service said the inbox was full. I eventually found some link to send a message to customer service. I get email back saying they refuse to pay for damages citing a sign that has about 30 things on it that they are not responsible for. Folks, if you read that sign it basically communicates good luck getting a car wash
