The Riviera Alexandria

After a tour of The Riviera, and having seen virtually every Senior Community in the Northern Virginia area, I can say The Riviera is one of a kind. Larger apartments than most, plus exquisite appointments alone make it unique; the many amenities and fine dining round it out. Many older folks want luxurious independent living, plus the ability to add some assistance if needed - assistance is available right next door at The Landing. My business partner and I (we are local Realtors and Seniors' Real Estate/Downsizing Specialists) got a chance to tour The Riviera last week (before it's grand opening)... and WOW. Absolutely stunning facilities, and so many incredible offerings. A very welcome addition to the local Senior Living space. Don't miss: the stunning Art Studio, golf simulator, spa, pool, bar... okay just everything! Also had a chance to sample food by their Chef; residents are in for a real treat! Another MAJOR plus- residents here get bumped to the top of the list at The Landing (mere feet away) if they ever find they need day-to-day assistance. The perfect way to *treat yourself* as a Senior - time to truly enjoy the next chapter!!

Gorgeous independent living space. A true gem with a resort feel and incredibly elevated design and architecture. This is an incredible way to downsize and enjoy every moment with no traditional responsibility of homeownership.

What a gorgeous new Independent Living community in Alexandria! The team is amazing, the building is incredibly high-end and luxurious. Highly recommend.
