I’ve been a customer since 1982, and they are very knowledgeable about all Triumph models and the MGB. They sell the highest quality parts they can get for a given application, and they have had unavailable parts manufactured in the past. The people who staff the phones are courteous and knowledgeable, and shipping is quick. It’s a family business with many longtime employees. My only real complaint is that the website is clunky to use, and it does not indicate whether a part is in stock or back ordered. That’s useful to know if I need a part ASAP, so I always call to verify stock when ordering something I need urgently.
Greaty service! Ordered the part on Monday and it was delivered by Thursday. The quality is better than factory quality. I will be ordering more parts soon!
I've been buying bits for my TR-4 and TR-6 from The Roadster Factory for many years. Never a real issue. Always want shipping to be less, but who doesn't. I feel what Charles started cares more about the quality of the parts they sell more than some of the other British car suppliers.
I ordered parts form them for years until this last order. 2 days after I placed the order they notified me that one item, a front bushing kit was back ordered by 1-2 days. No problem. 4 days later I called asking about it. The guy on the phone said it should ship out next day. No notification the next day so I call again the following day. The guy on the phone seemed confused to why It has not shipped out since all the parts including the bushing kit was in stock and said it will ship out ASAP. No notification of shipping that night so I call yet again the next day. The guy on the phone said yet again the bushing kit was back ordered until the end of the month 2+ weeks. I canceled the order and will be going else where. It sucks because I have been ordering from them for years and it see
Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Specializing mainly in Triumph parts, also carrying good assortment of MG parts. Has great Internet specials and sales. Highly recommend and look forward to doing more business with the The Roadster Factory.
