I’m usually very hesitant about leaving my RV at a shop, but The RV Smith completely blew me away. I brought my rig in for a full lithium battery upgrade, and the experience was fantastic. What really set them apart was the communication; they kept me informed at every single step of the process, which meant the world to me. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. Great people and I’d recommend them with any repairs you need done. I was in a pinch and they fit me in while on the road. Colton is first class and the whole team is very friendly. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would NOT recommend you use this place. I dropped off my rv for a slide out replacement and they did not respect my rv like I would have expected. They parked it by backing it up into a gravel mount causing damage. They installed my microwave incorrectly and I noticed the door wouldn’t open so I had to leave the rv longer. I’m now having lighting issues on the slide out they repaired and the lights flicker when the water pump runs. They left all my lights on when I picked it up and I had a drained battery and I had some panel misalignment issues. I had check engine lights on too. For a $3k bill they didn’t quality control at all. I’m not sure if these are common issues but I definitely won’t be giving these guys anymore business. If your looking for a place to buy a Crosstrail and if you want to set up your Crosstrail for boondocking let the RVSmith do it! I bought a 2022 20CB from them 2 years ago and have had Colton do alot of upgrades. His work is the best, so much so that I drive from Albuquerque once a year to have him do repairs and upgrades. Here are some of the upgrades i have had him do: 3000W Victron Inverter 800 amps lithium batteries 570 W of solar Soft start BFG KO2 All terrain tires with 2 inch lift Side steps Maxair fan Bull Bar with LED lights RV Lock Vent Covers Cabinet struts and much more

I’m glad this was the first place I went to. I got lucky for once.
