The Salem Car Wash

The Salem car wash is the best car wash I’ve ever used. They provide a premium and detailed experience. They are affordable and do great underbody wash and a prewash with multiple people before you even go in. I recommend them for anyone in or around the area.

I recently signed up for the monthly car wash. I've been to many carr washes over my time. There is one I won't mention that does great also. But, I have a suv and the back window never gets cleaned good,but the people here actually know this and spray it good before you enter the wash. This is excellent,and everyone who works so hard here are nice. I only hope they are paid well. It's them not the machines that make me come here.

Stopped by to get a wash. Paid the attendant the $18 fee plus $2 extra for the tire shine, not recommended. I don’t have a membership, but had been considering. I pulled up to the line, 3 employees to pre wash the right, front, and left sides of your vehicle. I put my vehicle into Neutral, and it started to drift forward, where the employees was still there, so I applied the brakes. At that time, the conveyor belt started to pull me forward, so if I didn’t stay on the brake, it possibly could’ve been bad. Well, the employee to the left, smarted off about being in neutral and off the brake sign pointing without knowing why I was on the brake. This is the second time of bad employee/customer service. Been going there for years, family members all have monthly memberships too. Last 3 times I went they said the tires on my Jeep might be too big (after two years of those same tires), but every time they measure them and say it’s fine. Last 3 times I went there I pull into the “staging area”and some old cranky dude starts spraying off the grill just shaking his head at me and talking smack because he thinks my tires are too big (even though they were measured and approved just second before that, by the “shed guy”). I’d hate to think that my actions for financially supporting this ONE car wash (out of like 37 I could go too in Salem), is causing people so much frustration that paying customers are actually perceived as a nuisance. I love Salem Car Wash! The monthly subscription is a great deal and totally worth it. The prices are fabulous and they have the best car wash in town! It's always great coming here because the employees are super friendly and on top of things. I cannot recommend the Salem Car Wash enjoy! 10 ⭐️
