We were having issues with our turbos giving us an error called under turbo. We talked to the dealership, but it would cost us $130 just for them to look at it. We were talking to a friend lives close to this shop. We were able to take the truck that day. He did a test drive and then figured out that what our problem was that the wastegate flapping causing the turbo to surge while we put our foot into it. Then the light would come on. He called us the next day to let us know it was ready and the cost would only be $65. That was half of what the dealership wanted and he didn't try to up charge us. If we have anymore issues with the truck it's going back to him. He is certified Ford mechanic and it showed.
Took my car here for a replacement engine. They sourced a new motor quickly and had the car ready for me to pick up the day after the new motor arrived. All for a great price. Almost 2 years later no problems with the install.
Trudy, is a nice lady, she answers the phone and is 100% professional. They took a look at a rust bucket I had, and He even called me to let me know it's shot, but didn't charge me for the inspection! Currently having a transmission installed in my suburban. The prices are more than fair, and the shop has my business from here on out! Thanks guys! Always good to have a good solid local mechanic to turn to when you need major repairs.. 100% recommend The Shop for all your automotive needs!!
My Ford may think this is his second home. Jason is amazing at keeping my old car running and in top shape. A simple call to Trudy and I have an appointment within days and my car back quickly
Was driving my Ford Cargo van to Dallas from New York with a load for work and had my cat converter go on me took it to the shop and received beyond my expectations a level of service that was fair for such a costly repair. Trudy, Jason, and their team are great and would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs or maintenance. They went out of their way to insure I was back on the road and running in no time.
