I have to agree with the other reviewers: this place is great. I brought in my 13 year old VW with strange electrical problems. They got it in the same day, gave me daily updates and price estimates, and even found a used part to speed up the repair (and reduce price). The tech wrote detailed notes on his troubleshooting and the interior of my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off, with some awesome Thanksgiving cookies in the car. Crazy. No more dealer for me!

Whether you need an oil change or whatever on your vehicle... The Shop is where you go if you want someone to treat your vehicle like their own. The folks here are great! I brought my 2023 Charger GT in for an oil change, they removed the air deflector and found the front differential leaking and recommended I get it to the dealership ASAP since I was still under factory warranty. If there's an issue with your vehicle, they tell you and give you their recommendation on what needs to be done to fix it right. They DO NOT try to "up-sell" you. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a discount to military and veterans. Be sure to pet Pepper when you come. She's a sweetheart.

We went to the Hudson one. A superb car repair experience! We have lived in 6 states and many towns and cities, this repair shop exceeded our experienced (jaded?) expectations in every possible way. Got a lovely Thank You Card with handwritten note inside, signed by the entire crew. This place is awesome period

HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND: The Shop in Hudson- keep in mind I’ve been a returning customer for 3 years now. He messed up my car 3 times this month, almost blew my engine and doesn’t wanna give me a single dime back. They did a $2,500 repair on my struts and an oil change at the beginning of January. Since then, I’ve been back 3 times with issues due to his mistakes Since then, I’ve been back 3 times with issues due to his mistakes, (1st) they disabled my traction control system and required me to come back to have it turned back on, (2nd) they installed my struts incorrectly which caused a very audible noise. Now (3rd time) they messed up an oil change and I didn’t find out till a day later when my car sounded like it was gonna explode. I’ve had to miss work several times due to my car
