The Shop in Heber

My passenger side wheel came off my car and left me stranded. The folks at The Shop got my car fixed, and back on the road in the same day. These people are miracle workers! Super friendly, super honest, and very affordable. You guys are the best!!

Had someone show me how to change my oil, turns out I was showing how to drain my transmission fluid. I had over 13 quarts of oil in my car, and the dip stick had me loosing it. Turns out If I drove my car I would’ve ruined it with that much oil. And No transmission fluid. I was recommended to go to this shop, and it’s my first time there. I would highly recommend this Mechanic Shop. I was helped and my car wasn’t ruined from the lack of experience from the person who showed me where my transmission pan was. What I’ve learned is trust who’s helping you. what I’ve learned also is, don’t have this person help you again, thirdly sometimes you will save yourself a headache and stress and then a head cold which came on quickly after this ordeal by going to a shop like this in the first place.

These guys are on their game! My son has been car in here for service for a while, so I decided to give them a try. They did quite a bit of work on my Toyota Sequoia, including changing a failing power steering pump. When I got my car back, it started making a whining sound. I told them about it, and they told me to bring it back in. Two days later they said the car was ready for pickup. The pump they installed was defective, so they replaced it under warranty - I owed nothing when I picked it up. Additionally, all the other repairs were done perfectly. One final note: Their communication is also excellent - clear, concise, and polite. I'll be staying all my cars to The Shop!

These guys are awesome! I needed one tire, but they said all 4 needed to be replaced. They went over my options, and found me a great deal with tires they already had! It took less than two hours to get me back on the road.

Eric and the team at The Shop really were great. From my first call to deal with a problem the dealership said I needed to take care of to clearing that up and taking care of tires and my concerns, a very good experience! Highly recommend!
