This will be the last time I use this repair shop I took my truck in on December 16th for repairs gave them a deposit for all the parts. I called them every couple of days for updates on parts and got the run around every time. A month goes by still they don’t have all the parts to complete the work, I even had to get on the phone and locate one of the hoses in another state for them. This repair shop is very slow and unreliable they don’t communicate very well with the customer, wanted to change me for parts that my truck didn’t need. I got my deposit back and took my truck to another repair shop they had it fixed in one day. The Shop wasted my time, I lost work and was without a vehicle for over a month.

DISHONEST PRICING!!!!! In an attempt to support local businesses I proceeded to take my truck for a p2565 code ( turbo charger vane positioning sensor) I was charged $1000.00 for a $300 part. 3 times the original price. Although the repair I requested was simple 1 hour of labor. The shop marked up the part 3 times with no justification! I had hopes of be able to trust this place as it was recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately this was not the case. Extremely disappointed to have found another dishonest shop. Are there any honest repair shops out there?!

The day I dropped my car off for a check engine light they were able to determine what needed to be fixed and I was told the car should be done the following day once they got the parts. The next day came and went without any communication and it was a Friday which meant I could not get an update until Monday. I got the same story for many days thereafter, that it “should be done today or tomorrow” 8 days later and after a very rude employee (Barry) argued with me and hung up without saying a polite bye, my car was done. Terrible customer service and took way longer than needed.

This shop hands down did a great dam job ! Listen people vehicles are not Cheap to fix bottom line is you come to this shop they will fixed your vehicle . If you can’t afford to fix your vehicle ask them before they begin on a price because they might steer you in the right direction. Nothing is free anymore. Thanks to the shop 👊🏾
