The Sole Savers Auto Sales

Let me tell you about my experience with Sole Savers!! Im beyond grateful I came in to check them out. I moved to southern Oregon about a year ago, and didn’t have a car. The one name that kept coming up was Sole Savers. I don’t have great credit yet I was still able to get a car that I could afford and was in excellent condition! Even my mom was proud of my purchase! My Guy Luke, made the whole process easy and put me at ease. Luke was awesome , apparently he’s new, but he’s in for a long successful career!

I would recommend giving them a shot. I traveled from Klamath to look at a hylander and was already pre approved for it. When I decided no and to look at this traverse they said no problem seen if I got qualified (took maybe 5 minutes) I got approved fell in love with it and brought it home. I love how they were openly honest and if they didn’t have the answers to my question bluntly told me they didn’t know the answer. We got it back home and the next day the check engine light came on ( I was not expecting 100% perfect car as I knew I was getting used and ANYTHING can happen without them being able to tell you it might) I called them to let them know and they had a meeting to take care of so they got back to me and let me know where to go and they will cover it and guess what they DID. I

They absolutely will not honor any type of warranty that they have in their own paperwork. When I bought my car from them, it was giving codes for the catalytic converter and emissions system with a gas cap fault as well. When I contacted them within less than two weeks of buying the car and driving it off of their lot I was told to take it to schultz automotive where they had my car for 3 to 4 days to only change out the gas cap and clear the codes. 3 days later it came back on with the other codes (which I checked with a code reader at an auto parts store). I contacted them for a second time immediately after it came back on, to which the response was, "take it back in" which I did. Sole Savers has been the best car lot to help me and my wife out. We have bought two vehicles from them, the whole team has been nothing but helpful and polite, we had some trouble come up with one of our cars and they were quick to help us and get it into the shop and get it fixed. The payment department is awesome they helped many times. Sole savers is the place i tell people to go if they want a vehicle. My wife and I have now committed to never going to another car lot. Sole savers will be our car lot for as long as it can be.

Second time I've gone to Sole Savers and they are absolutely amazing. Each time they had exactly what I was looking for and they made it possible to drive off of the lot with the perfect car for me. They have more than earned my business and I won't be going anywhere else to buy or finance my vehicles, I am officially a custom for life.
