I've used this car wash nearly half a dozen times loosing my purchase twice due to the automatic wash breaking down. There is no recourse for getting your money back. I tried leaving my name and number in an open unlocked box marked for that purpose. Never got a call or refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS CAR WASH. This is my last time.
Don't waste your money here car wash is junk. Just tried the self wash side it cost me more than if I went to a automatic wash cost me 20 dollars just to wash no wax or any other stuff. Plus got my hands and arms dirty. Thanks
The payment machine doesn't like taking my PNC debit card, but my cc cards work fine. Oh, and the car wash gets my car squeaky clean every time!
Manual bays are great. The automatic is car only, no trucks. I didn't realize this and had the wash stop halfway through. I called the maintenance number and got no response.
Did not clean salt off back well. Rest of car is 80%. Used the $12 option.
