Avoid this shop at all means they commit fraud on service they say they perform. I drope off my vehicle for alignment I waited across the street at yellow basket restaurant. As I waited iat restaurant for two hours never once saw them place vehicle on the lift for service. There tech just drove my vehicle around the block and called me it was ready for pick up. When i arrive manager wanted payment i inform him I was not gonna payb because all they did is drive my viechle around the blocks. I told I was watching the entire two hours across the street. Mangers stated he could only go by what tech tells him as he stated he was present present, But he lied he was. I never do review but I'm from Santa ana wouldn't want anyone to got through is experience

Great responsive customer service! Called on Thursday; brought the car on Friday. They had to run a few tests and diagnosed the problem with the a/c shortly. Mike was great in communicating throughout the process. Highly recommend this team! Will definitely use their services again!

I came to The Tire Center to get a wheel alignment and was was helped right away. I didn’t make an appointment but they were still able to service my car right away. They were very nice and professional. I will definitely come back again

They installed four tires and did the alignment on my car. The technician was so careful and I really appreciate that. Also, I got a great deal for the price. I definitely recommend this location 👌
