I gave a 5 star because I had a tire with a screw in the outer block of the tire and Sam's club refused to touch it which could have left my family stranded. I understand an outer tread block screw puncture is a difficult patch that requires more skill to get patched successfully. Sam's club didn't even offer a waiver to sign to get us back on the road. Love your neighbor as yourself and Sam's Club failed. #Evil but this shop said bring it in and they would do their best. Sometimes in life having a place do their best is exactly what's needed. This place loved. I pulled up to this shop and a woman steps out of her comfy office chair and speaks to 3 mechanics that I am the next one to be helped.
