We had a terrible experience here. Our tire suddenly went flat on the freeway, and we barely made it to this shop with 0 PSI left. Their posted closing time is 4 PM, but when we arrived around 3 PM, the staff simply told us, “We’re closed,” and refused to help, even after we explained our emergency situation. We were left stranded with no support. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Pablo’s attention to detail is unmatched. Every installation he has performed I have seen him and his team go above and beyond his customers expectations. I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. I chose them based on their 4.7-star Google rating and numerous positive reviews, but my visit was far from satisfactory. I brought my car in for alignment and tire balancing, but the process was mismanaged from the start. Without informing me, Pablo took my car to another facility for the alignment while I waited outside, unaware of what was happening. I spent five hours waiting, only to learn later that my car had been taken elsewhere, a fact they were reluctant to disclose. When I inquired about the alignment results, I was only provided with an invoice and charged for a diagnostic fee that wasn’t performed properly. Additionally, the paperwork was handled in a way that concealed the location where the alignment was actual
