The Tire Place

They put my tire on and I’m less than 30 min my tire was flat. Confused because it took him almost a hour to put my 2 tires on. My boyfriend took the car back and at first they said they didn’t put tires on the car until he FaceTime me and I pointed out who did it. Once I pointed out who serviced me and who checked me out they told us the machine was broke and needed to be fixed that’s why the tire is messed up. Why would you service me knowing that. We had to wait an additional 2 hours for them to get the part and propane for the machine to work again. Please just ride past this place because they $40 tires are really $120 and ya never know if they will put it on right!

1st of all if my issue is not resolved then to small claims court i go, place supposed to be 24/7 they need to change the sign to catch us while you can, the 2nd thing is they need to take down that sign that says home of the $40 tire, its a nice colorful sign to lure you in but you not gonna get that price unless you driving a 1987 Honda civic, I had to call several times to reach the " customer service number " which is someone's cell phone that usually goes to a full voicemail...I asked the guy was he gonna be up and open if I come back there he tells me I have a tire business to run i tell him clearly he's tired im just making sure, 2nd of all someone didn't drill and tighten my tires all the way and I drive people for living thinking everything is secure im literally

Customer service was amazing! Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back if I ever never a used tire!

Do not go here for a tire. My sister and I went to get a used tires when she caught a flat tire and they gave her a tire. Now the guy who put the tire on was rude and had zero customer service. Not even four days later the same tire I got from here split on the side(so I did roll over anything, no nails, NOTHING). GAVE ME A DRY ROTTED TIRE . I was on the road heading out of town after thanksgiving. I went back to let these people know that they gave me a bad tire and got nothing but rudeness and what they can’t do! Was told I needed a receipt but they never gave one. However, I have my statement from the bank/card I used to purchase the tire. Was told I needed to speak with owner and I’ve been calling him for hours no call back, no return of message, nothing. Go anywhere else but here.

I had a terrible experience at this place! I purchased a tire from them on November 23rd, and after just three days, it popped while I was heading out of town. When I returned, the person who installed my tire was rude and disrespectful. He told me that I needed to call the owner, stating that he just worked there. I tried calling the owner all day, but there was no answer and no voicemail to leave a message. I showed the employee a picture of my tire, and he simply looked at me and said, "This is a used tire. We put water on it to check for holes, and if there are none, we install it on your car." I have never encountered such unprofessionalism regarding a used tire. I need either a new tire or a refund.
