The Tow Alliance

This place deserves zero stars. I was broken down only 15min away from them and they told me they would be at my location in 45 min which is understandable. An hour goes by, i call and no answer so i left a voicemail. 15min later i called again, no answer. At the hour and a half mark, i called, i left another voicemail saying i found another towing company and wanted to cancel my request although I'm not sure anyone was coming to begin with. I understand if a company is busy, they may not be able to answer immediately, but after an hour and a half,i would expect some sort of communication. Especially when im stuck at the side of a busy highway.

Great affordable prices and good people just trying to help people with car troubles. I called for a tow and the service was quick and easy.

Just got my Jeep Patriot Towed By Chris Jones from Allstate Towing. He seems like a genuine friendly guy. I had a great experience from the initial phone call to the drop off. No schemes or scams from this guy. The whole transaction was quick and painless. Nice when have random car problems. Said he would be there in 10min and was punctual. Offers a pretty decent rate compared to most other tow companies I've come across. Usually I think to just get a uhaul trailer when I think of tow truck driver rates. Had a lucky 1st attempt today. Amazing Job. I called to see if someone can come out. They were here in 20 mins. Affordable, friendly, number is locked in my phone. Recommend this towing service, they get the job done.
