The Transmission Man

My mini cooper overheated and the radiator blew while away from home. I went to the transmission man and Ron assured me everything was going to be good and had my car fixed within the day so that I could get back home! Never go to the shop. He has a Scam artist. Every step of the way he will make you feel uncertain about anything he’s done with your vehicle. He has taken almost $10,000 for me and left me with thousands of dollars of repairs to do to fix his screw ups and damage to my car. They rebuilt my transmission spring 2024 for $6500. Immediately the car is overheating a running poorly. The claim it’s not the transmission. Eventually a code shows the torque converter is having problems which is a main part of the transmission. They replaced it and charged me a $300 transmission service fee. When we picked it up there was a clicking noise but they said that’s normal. It didn’t make any noises when we dropped it off. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be happening in America anymore. He’s charging people for car repairs but actually causing more problems and then joking about it afterward like it’s funny. That’s not just bad business—it’s unethical and cruel. Well my initial pressure impression was pretty good guy was for light pricing bear but when getting my drive shaft done and and balance it took quite a long time and I had to return two or three times I ended up having to take it somewhere else and have it balanced correctly we're asking if you was going to compensate me for getting it having to get it corrected his attitude is completely changed was no longer the nice guy I wouldn't recommend it to nobody
