Tried to reach them in parts on the phone all morning. Their phone system kept dropping the call. In previous times trying to reach somebody in parts has also been next to impossible and when you do get somebody on the phone, you get extremely poor customer service with hardly any knowledge at all. The person typically will tell you they need to look into this and call you back. If they tell you, they will call you back from the parts department. I hope you’re prepared to wait until the end of time because they will not call you back. I would highly recommend people take their business elsewhere as I have just now done with my tow truck company. I have also spoken to a couple service centers in the area. My Dad purchased a compressor for $1,829 and he was informed that he’ll have a 12 months warranty. In less than 6 months after purchase he got some issues and at the shop he been told that the problem is with compressor and he need to replace it. He told back to the Truck Shop to get a replacement or to fix existing one. Stuff and Manager told him and he has to purchase again and then they will take the old one to checkout and they may or may not refund the money back. So looks like it there’s no warranty

Although I've always had great service from the truck sales department and have bought several new and used trucks from the truck shop however recently I brought one of our trucks in that was rear-ended and Jenny from the office came out and took pictures what not and I have been unable to contact her she will not return emails phone calls and I it's been almost a month and I still have not got my estimate for repairs or Replacements incredibly disappointed at this point with the staff in the maintenance office

There was a woman at the front desk there that was rude with the way she talked. She had this attitude with me like she just hates her job. Spoke passive aggressively too. If you go just talk to the guy instead he was nice and didn’t have this ugly look on his face when talking to me.
