I am extremely disappointed with the misleading experience I had at this dealership. I received a voicemail from JP explicitly stating that I was approved with no money down and ready to roll. Based on that promise, I made an appointment and spent 4.5 hours at the dealership, only to be told the exact opposite. Despite the initial "no money down" assurance and them already knowing my credit situation, they demanded $4,000 down. On top of that, they required me to purchase gap insurance and a two-year extended warranty to even do the deal. To make matters worse, they padded the price of a car worth roughly $9,000 up to $15,000, claiming a 30% finance charge. This is my 2nd purchase from this Truck store and both experiences were flawless. I dont think ill be shopping anywhere else for my vehicles!

Bought a truck from the Dover location (which has since then closed) in September and this has been the worst experience by far that I've had purchasing any vehicle anywhere. Took over a month for them to set me up to get the sun roof fixed. The whole three months of the t-tag they never contacted me to let me know it needed to go through inspection to get the hard tags and registration. They actually told me the day I bought it, that it had already been inspected. I paid for an extra month t-tag out of my pocket and still haven't heard anything despite multiple attempts to contact the tags and registration manager. They have some terrible communication and a really bad 1 month/1000 mile warranty. Don't recommend the truck store and will never do business with them again.

J.C. was straight forward as my sales person. And the team behind the paperwork made the deal feel easy ! Stepping out of a 2017 Ram tradesman into a 2024 Ram Laramie was like going from a VW to a BMW!
