Exceptional and quick service. Very reasonable. AJ was incredibly patient and helpful explaining my car’s issue and how it was repaired. As a woman who knows nothing about cars and how they work, he answered all my questions and explained in terms I understood. I highly recommend this service - especially if you are not well versed in automotive technology.

Excellent professional customer service and repairs! Very reasonably priced! I have received service on two different occasions and each time my car has operated Excellent! The service I have received at Tuning Point over the past decade has been outstanding. All maintenance and repair work on my and my wife's cars has been done effectively, carefully and promptly. Furthermore, when I needed advice on our cars, it consistently was provided in a thoughtful manner and turned out to be effective. When friends and colleagues ask me for suggestions on car repair or maintenance outlets, Tuning Point is #1 on my list. Call in general it took longer than expected and costs were beyond what I anticipated. Beyond that I felt like they did a quality job… And I appreciated their customer care. AJ really help to make me feel confident about the experience.

Always a great experience. I have taken my vehicles here for 10 years. 95 % of the time they handle it, and when they can’t, they tell me and they send me a referral to someone trusted who can. You can’t beat the service and expertise here!
