Great, fast and fair price. I was experiencing an oil leak - the official dealership could not look at it before 3-5 days. Took to a tires+ and they found the issue but charged me more than double what the V shop charged me, not only with higher individual prices but including a lot of unnecessary items. Intend to move all my RAM maintenance there going forward

Fantastic service all around by the entire V Shop team. Served my 2006 LS 430, very clear explanation of concerns with pictures and videos and appropriately priced. Clear communication throughout. The communication, courtesy and customer service is next level. Cleveland did a full detailed inspection on my 2019 INFINITI Q50 in record time and had it sent to my email same day. The V Shop is fast, efficient and trustworthy. I was provided with different repair options, and my car was safely stored inside to shop awaiting my decision to move forward. This shop has great technicians with years of experience ready to work. This is a great place to do business and I highly recommend.

I have an after-school program and have 8 Ford Transit Vans. I had a mechanic shop on retainer for all my service needs, but we kept having problems with correctly fixing the issues we were having or over charging. We found the V shop through positive reviews. Tested them out with two of our vehicles that had mechanical issues. We saved over$500 on one of the repairs and it was done next day for us knowing we count on them for our business. Bonus; during one of the repairs, the technician accidentally punctured a component of the ac system, they called, explained the situation and replaced it for FREE. Honesty is a big plus in our business, and it seems as though it is for them as well. We will now use them for all of our vehicles.

Fast and efficient work every time my 2019 188,000 mile Subaru needs work. The reports after inspections are honest and prices/ quotes are fair. Typically I bring my car in, knowing what the issue is, I just do not have time to work on it my self. The V shop has NEVER inflated an inspection report, in my experience, attempting to squeeze work and dollars. I have recommended this shop to friends and family and am now recommending to anyone who finds this Google review.
