The Villa at Riverwood

We absolutely LOVE the Villa at Riverwood for my mom. From the staff, residents, food, games and the on-site assistant care team. Villa is always clean, seasonal decorations, they have great activities throughout the day & night for everyone's enjoyment: happy hour with music, bingo, Wii bowling, movies, crafts, Left Right Center, Chimes with 2 concerts (spring and Christmas time, exercise classes. My mom requires more assistance than most and the residents watch out for her as well as her care team. Highly recommend the Villa at Riverwood!!! My in-laws were there approx. 8 years ago and we loved it then.

I can't say enough good things about The Villa at Riverwood. The residents, the staff, and the entire community. A family member of mine has lived here for years, and we’ve all come to truly love it. Most recently, we’ve enjoyed seeing the beautiful upgrades taking place around the building, it’s been exciting to watch the progress. We looks forward to future improvements. Every member of the staff is kind, attentive, and helpful. Sarah, the “lady with many hats,” has done an excellent job serving as both Executive Director and Business Office Manager. She has with a caring heart and a “get-it-done” attitude that makes a real difference, you can see it in her face. Nichole and Linda also stand out. I had a wonderful experience touring The Villa at Riverwood. Nicholas did a fantastic job showing us around—he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole experience comfortable and informative. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Where do I begin? From the initial phone call to the tour to Moving Day Bob and his team at the Villa have been nothing short of professional. We were so impressed with the warmth and enthusiasm expressed through the phone, our initial thoughts were hopeful. The Villa at Riverwoods does not disappoint. Its exceptionally clean, smells nice and just a very modern yet warm place. Very welcoming and accommodating for all walks of life. The Villa is top tier! Amazing price and most reasonable I've found around that your loved one can call home. The lobby entrance gives you that TN cabin feel with the fireplace on the entrance, kind faces at the front desk and the bustle and chatter of the residents. The apartments are quaintly unique and the floors aren't slippery as some are at risk of falling

I must say after months of searching for our 81 year old dad the right place to live, we have found the Villas at Riverwood's to be the best! Bob was so helpful and patient with us deciding and upon our dad’s arrival the community was very warm and friendly. Bob's compassion and concern for the elderly retirees goes beyond measure. Dad’s apartment was so nice and clean and just the right size to accommodate him. The facility has a beautiful dining area which he can sit and eat home cook meals 3 times a day. I love the recreation and physical therapy offered here. The staff is friendly and the people living here are so happy at this place, it’s amazing! This Villa offers so much more to name and it is in a great location where our dad can feel safe. Our family is pleased with this facility
