I cannot say enough wonderful things about this senior assisted living facility! From the very beginning, Stacy and her staff have been incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive. Moving a loved one into assisted living can be an emotional process, but Stacy made everything feel smooth and reassuring. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my mom’s care needs were fully understood and met. The entire staff goes above and beyond every single day. They are patient, compassionate, and always willing to help — not just with the residents, but with family members too. It truly feels like they treat everyone like family. He’s not one to like being fussed over, but the staff cared for him with such quiet compassion and respect. I cannot express enough as to how much joy I have experienced when visiting The Villages of Dallas. Each and every time I've walked into that building with or without an appointment I've always been greeted with smiles and respect by Stacy Glover the Executive Director and her staff. My visits to this community has always been top notch and as an outside vendor I absolutely love the environment. The Assisted Living, Memory Care and the Independent Living parts of the community have always been extremely clean, and smelled amazing and that's a rare find in a SNF. My grandmother came to The Villages of Dallas for rehabilitation and loved it so much that she decided to move in permanently. It’s been one of the best decisions she’s ever made. She’s safe, well cared for, and has made so many friends. I truly don’t have to worry about her, and I couldn’t ask for a cleaner or more welcoming place for her to call home.
