The Wash Tub

My place of work uses this location to assist in detailing vehicles in preparation for sale or delivery bit this is the forst tome I have used them for my personal vehicle. I opted for the Gleam Wash described as a Complete Interior Vacuum, Soft Cloth Wash, Towel Dry, Gleam Wax, Windows cleaned inside and out. I even opted for the additional $4 for the tire shine and air freshener even though i declined the air freshener. From my photos taken after picking up my car, you can see that my floormats have loose debris on them, they definitely were not removed as it is evident in the condition on the carpet beneath the floormats, The apparent Soft cloth wash & Towel Dry seems to have both missed several areas on the wheels, which you would assume somce an additional $4 was spent to spray dow

The Wash Tub did a fantastic job on my Mazda CX -30. It was throughly cleaned, polished & shining on the outside. It looked like it just came from the Showroom at the dealership, Looked brand New ! I couldn’t believe it, !!! My car had not been washed for awhile . The very front was trashed with dirt & smashed bugs from road trips, I did Not think they would be able to get that off, since it was caked on ! They did! I have never seen my car this clean, even when washed by the dealership after oil change. Looking forward to going back in the future! A Great Job! Thanks Loads ….

Overall, pretty decent wash. Before I left, I had to ask them to wash the front windshield and to wipe off white marks on the lower side of the inside driver's door. The floor mats looked vacuumed but not wiped off; still dusty.

I bought the 59.00 a month subscription but the shoddy cleaning I’ve received the last few trips out ways the convenience I loved about WashTub. After my wash today, I walked back in and had them to cancel my subscription. I’m no longer going to deal with the frustration, nor am I going to contribute to your livelihood. The 3.8 approval rating speaks clearly that I’m not the first and won’t be the last to leave. In my hatch area there’s fine dust particles all over the center, had they vacuumed the whole are they wouldn’t still be there!

We had our car washed yesterday & Jathson & Michael did an outstanding job cleaning our car. I wish everyone did as good of a a job as those two. They even cleaned our floor mats & extra good job on our windows. Thank you
