The Wave Car Wash Centralia

I just had the most wonderful experience at the Tumwater Wave Carwash. I cleaned my cars inside and accidentally threw away the receipt I needed to use my car wash membership. Jason took the time to look up the number and Marisa was eager to learn how he managed the research in case she was ever presented with the same issue. Both are, in my opinion, valuable employees and are the reason I am happy to use this business. Thanks again, Marisa and Jason !!

This franchise is the only car wash I use. They get the vehicles pretty clean, most of the time.. I have used Lacey, Tumwater but use Chehalis most of the time. Costs have gone up. 4th of July Ticket Special is the way to cut costs.

WE needed a wash on on the Suburu and expected a regular drive through car wash, but the experience was awesome. Dawson, wash technician, helped was patient while we loaded our digital wallet and gave our vehicle the little bit of love it needed pre-wash. He is very kind and a great representative for the company.

I like the colorful blinking lights when going through the wash area, like a disco! I took 1 star coz the windshield ain’t thoroughly clean still has some white streaks on it. Overall it was a good experience! Update: changed my review to 5 star coz they are true to their word to give me a re-wash for free even if it’s been awhile. Thanks for the good customer service!!!👍🏼

The workers are great here which is why I’m so bummed that I need to cancel my membership. I’ve gone through the car wash many many times and had my molding ripped off of my car twice. It’s been left hanging by a thread and I have to reattach it when I’m done. The first time I thought it was a fluke thing because the car wash stopped right in the middle of me being in it and then started up again. I thought that’s what caused the molding to come loose but then just went through it again yesterday and it happened again. My car is only three years old And I can’t afford to be having things ripped off my car in the car wash. Looks like I’ll be washing my car by hand from now on.
