Joe picked up my SUV in the morning and had it back around lunchtime. He had it looking and smelling better than I thought it could ever look and smell again. His prices are very reasonable, his service goes above and beyond.

JOE went ABOVE AND BEYOND when it came to CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I mentioned I was planning to take an Uber, he immediately offered to drive with me so he could just take the car back and I wouldn’t have to wait for a ride. What was supposed to be a quick 20-minute round trip ended up taking nearly an hour for him, all because of my poor planning—and yet, he never once acted inconvenienced. After we were nearly at my destination, I realized I wouldn’t have enough gas for him to bring my car back. I felt terrible. When I mentioned this to Joe he was calm, understanding, and friendly through it all. I genuinely can’t thank him enough for his kindness and patience.
