A Hidden Gem in Douglasville – The Wright Transmission I rarely leave reviews, but when you meet someone like Mr. Bernard Wright, it’s a must. I came in unsure what was wrong with my vehicle—it was stuck in 4-wheel drive, and I had no idea what kind of bill I was facing. I went to Mr. Wright on the recommendation of my brother, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Wright was humble, kind, and welcoming. He didn’t talk down to me or rush the process. Instead, he personally took the car for a quick drive, pulled out a meter to read the transmission, showed me the results (even had me take a picture of the screen), and then—like a transmission whisperer—made a few swift adjustments. Within five minutes, I heard the 4WD disengage. Just like that, the vehicle was back to norm

Bernard is a good man, swapped out the manual transmission in my car and replaced the clutch when every other transmission shop I talked to said no and automatics only. Was starting to think I’d either have to swap it myself or get rid of the car. Very reasonable on price! The one other shop I found who would do it, was a tuner shop and wanted 3x more money. Can’t recommend enough.
