Me and my father had a great experience with Alex when we needed a smog check for our cars. We've been using him for years now and they're very responsive, easy to call and schedule an appointment (but also take walk-ins!) and very friendly. We were also able to get our car checked quickly, and they finished servicing our car in 10-15 minutes. They would have finished faster had we not stopped to chat with them and ask personal car questions. We will continue to visit them for our cars needs and plan to refer out to our friends as well. I stopped by over the weekend, expecting a long line and a long wait, but i couldn’t have been more wrong! The owner personally helped me, and within just 30 minutes, i was back on the road. His customer service was outstanding—he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond my expectations. To top it off, the price was very reasonable!
