My kids bought a car from this dealership 3 months ago. It has broken down 3 times leaving them stranded at work from an overnight shift and on I35 between NB and SA. They have been responsible and paid their payment on time. Every time there was an issue they were told to pay $300 to have it towed to Austin so they can look at it but amazingly enough someone at the shop in NB “apparently fixed it.” My daughter went to pick it up got the oil changed and it died AGAIN on the side of 35 in the fast lane! She called Sid who sold her the car and was told “there was nothing she can do about it.” How are you going to have someone’s car for 4 days have them pick it up just for it to die within an hour of getting it back!? I just decided to stop in and take a look at their inventory and left with a awesome vehicle! Javier showed me exactly what I was looking for, something with low mileage that I could afford. My 2018 Chevy Equinox has 21,000 and practically brand new. The price was right and I am very happy!

Honestly I would go buy a car somewhere else not worth it they will sell you messed up cars and do nothing about it yet they want you to make your payment on time SID is so unprofessional she likes to call people cussing them out she likes to tell ppl there lying when we have proof of everything she likes to say she offered to take the car to Austin for free which is the biggest lie ever they said it was gonna be $300 to take it there they wanted us to pay another 200 to have it towed new Braunfels and she wants to sit here saying that she’s paying for everything, This car broke down four times on the middle of the highway the car sat at the dealership for four days. They said that they fixed it not even 30 minutes later the car breaks down on the highway. Honestly, don’t even bother wasti

Thank God for warranties. 🙏🏽 I am very thankful that they are working with me during my financial situation while my car is getting fixed in the shop. I can’t wait to be back in my ride.
