Third Coast Recovery

I just want to start off by saying Third Coast Recovery has the most lying unprofessional staff, when I called to inquire if my car was in there yard they informed me that it wasn’t. I had contacted the non emergency line and they told me that Third Coast Recovery was the one that called it in to report they picked it up. I contacted all the tow companies and they informed that they didn’t have it. Worrying thinking it was stolen, then I receive a call from Third Coast Recovery and they told me that they did have it. Not even an apology did I get from them. When I went to there office, V was very rude to me and when I told them that for the anxiety and inconvenience they should release my vehicle to me for free. Unfortunately my vehicle was towed on Saturday the 14th, in the Point parking lot downtown! They charged me 207.00 bucks to get my vehicle out there yard. When I called them they said they had it. I went to there location and the lady was not helpfull what so ever! They are a company that does predatory towing! They scratch my front bumper all up! The lady was rude and would not give any information what so ever! I will be trying to resolve the damages with the owner! I will be contacting them Monday!

This company stole my 5-year handicap placard when picked up car. Returned everything else in the car that was in glove compartment, under seats, in back area, etc but not the ONE AND ONLY thing that was on the drivers side. Really? What company Steals from disabled? To the police department I go and refuses to give me the owners name. This towing company are total leeches!! They towed my car even though we had registration stickers clearly visible for our apartment complex! We had to drive 15 minutes out of our way just to pick it up and had to miss work, and they wouldn’t even provide any release forms or paperwork! Total scammers and way overpriced

At the price I pay and having lived at my residence for three years, I was denied their services over a car tag simply misplaced. I called and waited a whole hour after checking on my sick sister I drove to go see coming home to find someone in my reserved spot. I do not recommend third Coast recovery as it's only convenient for them behind their desk to get paid not to send out anyone to render aid as their services intend and as they left me waiting a whole hour for me to call back and then tell me they couldn't help. I will be seeking new services as well as reporting who denied me. I do not recommend third coast recovery.
